That's not possible, no way hose the Face of Boe was a different species!! And died of old age!
Think of it this way:
Premise 1: Jack only 'resets' every time he ages.
Premise 2: Face of Boe: last time Jack 'reset' was several million years ago.
That aside, the Tardis crashing with the Titantic? Hrmm. The hell did the Master do to it!(???) Uh, year.
